General Description:
HY Energy focused on design production and application of high

patent designs on wind turbine blades, slip ring, rotor structure,
over-speed controller system etc. Each and every component of HYE
wind turbine is independently designed and manufactured in house.
HYE factory owns advanced wind turbine quality testing equipment
and a strict quality control system, all products will go through
22 quality control processes in factory facility.
Troubleshooting List of Wind Turbine Operating
1, Wind Turbine Vibration | The tower is not strong enough and with low immunity. | Recommend taper pole, please consult with supplier on upper end
diameter, bottom end diameter and height of tower. Guy position of guyed wiring tower should not distance blade tip
more than 1m. |
| The rotor or blades have been distorted, defected. | Please replace the distorted/defected parts and reevaluate if the
environment is suitable for wind turbine installation. |
| The surface of blades gets frozen/ dirty. |
Remove/clean them. |
| Turbulence | Please do not install at a position with turbulence. In general, it
will stop vibrating after wind speed/ direction steady. |
| The fasteners or mounting bolts get loose. | Tighten the loose parts. |
| The wind turbine operates lacking phase. | ①,Disconnect controller with wind turbine cables to check if wiring
is at good condition by testing if there are output voltages of ABC
three phase cables of wind turbine, if so, wind turbine is normal. ②If there are output voltages between two or one phases only,
please contact supplier to replace generator. if:Uab＞0V,Uac=0V,Ubc=0V,then lack of C phase. Uab=0V,Uac＞0V,Ubc=0V,.then lack of B phase. Uab=0V,Uac=0V,Ubc＞0V,.then lack of A phase. ③ Please check if wind turbine can brake by making any two cables
short circuit(AB,BC,AC) , if not, it is subjected to which wind
turbine operates lacking phase, please test wind speed ≥4m/s. |
2. Abnormal Noise | 2.1, Wind turbine hub gets abrasion. | Please check if wind turbine is installed with flat spring washer. Please check if the hole of hub is worn, if so, please replace hub. ③ Please check if the front housing of generator is damaged, if so,
please replace the generator and hub. |
2.2 Big environmental noise and wind noise | It is normal; HYE wind turbine aerodynamic noise is less than 50
dB. |
2.3, The fasteners get loose. | Tighten the loose parts. |
2.4 The wind turbine operates lacking phase. | . Please refer to 1.6. |
3, Wind Turbine Insensitive to Adjust Rotor Direction | 3.1, Flange connection installs out-of-level. | Please adjust the installation surface of tower or wind turbine to
be level. |
3.2, ✪ Bearing of yawing system is damaged. | Please replace the generator sets. |
3.3, The tower flange is not matching with the flange on turbine,
generator dumps. | Please check if flange is sent randomly or if it is not in
accordance with HYE flange drawing, if so, please replace the
flange. |
