Our low wind type 400W wind turbine (Model No. HY-400L) was
successfully launched in 2004, this is the key development of HY
Energy. It is certified with international certificates, such as
CE, ISO9001.
At the same year, our 400W wind turbine received highly
acknowledgment through the trial of wind and solar hybrid street
light project in Osaka airport, Japan.
System Advantages
Reliable Maintenance Free Design
HY Energy changed the problematic furling in traditional typed wind
turbine into the advanced electromagnetic and blade aerodynamics
braking system. This improves generator’s reliability and stability
and achieves the real free maintenance.
Patented Blade Design
Blades are made from reinforce nylon glass-fiber by using advanced
thermoplastic engineering and precision injection molding
technology for higher strength, flexibility and reliability.
Low Noise
- The blades have exceptional consistency and aerodynamic outline
with a mass distribution which ensures the rotor operate with
minimal vibration and very low noise.
- Perfectly matched rotor and generator cause much less resonance of
wind turbine and tower.
- Blade Aerodynamics Braking limits blade to rotate at rated RPM
which could avoid higher noise and vibration cased by extreme wind.
Free Energy
The wind is sustainable and free in the nature. Only the light
breeze comes, the wind turbine starts to rotate slowly and
generates the power at the cut-in wind speed. The off grid
controller in the wind power system will charge the battery when
the power generated from the wind turbine constantly.
Simple Installation
The mechanic person should read the wind turbine user manual
carefully and follow the detail installation steps which were
listed as photo form and text description and it will guide you how
to install and protect yourself from getting hurt.
